    The product itself is great although I purchased the wrong size. The day I received it I reached out through email. I received an email back saying someone will contact me within 1/2 business days. This was Tuesday of last week. I reached out again with no response. I wanted to return and purchase a different size but honestly the customer service is turning me off. I would love someone to contact me. Thanks!
