Return & Refund Policy

At Tsunami Premium, customer satisfaction is our priority. Please review the detailed policy below to understand your eligibility and the process for returns and refunds.


  1. Eligible Returns

You may request a return if your product meets all the following conditions:

  • Time Frame:
    Return requests must be submitted within 30 calendar days of the date the item was marked as delivered.
  • Purchase Source:
    Only products purchased directly through our official website (www.TsunamiPremium.com) are eligible for returns. Items purchased from authorized third-party resellers or retail stores are subject to the individual return policies of those sellers. We do not handle returns or refunds for products not bought through our website.
  • Product Condition:
    Returned items must be:
    • Unused
    • Unopened
    • In their original packaging, including any included accessories, manuals, and protective materials.
  • Return Authorization: Customer should receive email confirmation of the return being authorized and instructions for return label before returning item(s). Returns received without prior authorization will not be accepted.

  • Non-Returnable Items

The following products are non-returnable and are not eligible for refund or                          exchange:

  • E-liquidskratom, and herbal blends, due to safety and regulatory concerns
  • Opened or used vapes, vape cartridges, and batteries
  • Glassware that has been usedopened, or shows any signs of handling
  • Items sold as “final sale”clearance, or discontinued products
  • Any product with a broken tamper-evident seal or missing original packaging

  • Damaged or Defective Products

If your item arrives damageddefective, or is incorrect:

  • You must notify us within 3 business days of delivery.
  • Send your request to [email protected] and include:
    • Your order number
    • detailed description of the issue
    • Clear photo(s) of the damage, defect, or incorrect item

After review, our support team will determine the appropriate resolution, which may            include:

  • replacement product
  • store credit
  • refund, at our discretion

Please note: Failure to report issues within 3 days may result in denial of replacement or    refund.


  • Refund Processing

If your return is approved and processed:

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at checkout.
  • Please allow 5 to 10 business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your financial institution.
  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable, unless the return is due to a shipping error or damaged item caused by us.
